Trauma Center Under the Knife 2 

First Impressions:  I was quite worried about trying the second outing of Trauma Centre: Under the Knife 2 as I was never good at the last one! But for you guys and girls I faced my fears and played the game out of the operating room!

The story takes off from the last trauma Centre with Dr Stiles, an amazing surgeon in Africa taking on a new apprentice to pass his skills on!

My first operation went very well. I managed to pull off a rank A; I was well chuffed with myself (I’m allowed to gloat sometimes!)

Graphics: Well I don’t have to say much about graphics, the colour and detail of the body parts are very good. Nothing much has changed since the first one. There are different operations so more body parts have been added.

Sound: Where do I start, when going through the normal scenes like the old Trauma Centre, you will get a voice shouting out random words like “Dr Stiles!!”. Sometimes it doesn’t even match what the dialogue is saying. It makes me laugh but once that operation time hits, it makes it all better!

Longevity:  With soooo many operations to perform in story mode this will keep you playing for a hell of a long time, even more so if you play through all the difficulties!

I want to see if anyone can pull off ‘S’ rank for every operation! If you have then please send in your screenshots!

Overall:  I haven’t been able to stop playing this game, it has kind of hooked me in this time. I don’t know why but I’m playing this one more and more. The storyline is very good,  it has lots of operations and big words you can chat about with your friends showing how much you have learned about medicine from a game! (But you’re not a real doctor of course lol)

If you are travelling a lot then I would say this is a must buy as it will keep you busy for sure!

Score:  7 out of 10
